To keep things fresh and interesting The Nova changes its food menu seasonally, about every three months. We strive to make fresh, interesting food while keeping in mind the tastes of our customers.

In the fall and winter soups are a must and in the summer fresh produce can’t be beat. Each weekend our chef offers specials and we will even bring back old favorites if our customers request it! Come down and try a meal with us – you will be glad you did!
