Wine Classes:
Each month we offer a wine class for our customers to learn more about wine and the world surrounding wine. We try and do classes for the beginning wine drinker to the advanced.

Cooking Classes:
We also offer cooking classes with our chef sometimes in conjunction with the wine and on its own. Below is a list of the current classes and special events.

Most Friday and Saturday nights we have live music starting at 7:00pm, The location of inside or outside will be determined by weather.

Italian Summer on the Patio

Imagine you are sitting in a small cantina in Sienna Italy looking over the rolling hills and sipping on a glass of elegant Pinot Grigio. That is what we will be shooting for on the 21st of July and we will be going through great Italian wines for the summer and chef Corey will be making some authentic Italian food to go along with it and maybe he will even bring out his amazing merlot ice for everyone to try.

Wine Classes 2008

	Wine class events will all be pre set this year so you can plan on what ones you would like to attend. March 3 - Funky New World Wines April 7 - Tour of South America May 5 - Walla Walla Where? June 2 - Tequila, Tequila, Tequila July 21 - Italian Summer on the Patio August 18 - Wines with Character September 15 - Big Red and New Glarus Beer October 20 - Wine, Cheese and Chocolate November 17 - Nothing Chilly about Chile December 1,2 - X-mas Tasting Time: 6-9 Monday Nights All classes consist of approximately 6 wines and will have light appetizers included. Also all of the tastings will have food demonstrations of food that goes well with that wine by Chef Corey. Cost of the classes is going to be $35 with a $10 refundable deposit up until the day before the class. Details will be posted as the event gets closer. We only take 35-40 people so sign up early
